Email accounts from desktop to surface 3

Does anyone know if I can get all the email accounts I have setup in windows mail on my desktop to sync to a new surface pro 3 so I don't have to set each email account up again?

I think you have to sign in with the same account on both devices. That should be the starting point

Use the same outlook account for admin acoount

I am using the same outlook account but nothing carried over to the new tablet.

on your pc 'settings>accounts>sync your settings' is everything set to sync?

Everything is set to sync on my PC except theme.

Make sure your account is setup with IMAP or Active Sync but not POP3.
