Friends,
If the attached file is MS office file if it is opened it is showing in office 365 recent section and we can save it. But it is a pdf file it is not showing and how we can save it???
 
When you open the PDF, it should be saved in whatever app you use to open it. If you want to select a folder to save it to,just use a file manager app to open it.
 
If I want to take a print out directly in adobe there is no option. Or I cannot open using connecting with my computer
 
Download a file manager app like Pocket File Manager and save it to a folder accessible by your PC. When you open the file directly with a PDF reader app, it is stored in the app's storage and can only be accessed by the app.

i.e. - When I click on a PDF attachment, it asks me what I want to use to open it. I select Pocket File Manager, which, in turn, asks me where I want to save the file. I select my documents folder. I then plug my phone into my PC and access the folder in File Explorer and print from there.
