Was wondering if anyone else has had this problem with an email account. My 1020 is through AT&T. Anyway, I noticed a couple of months ago that my data usage had gone up dramatically with no change in my own data usage. I checked my usage history, and appears that one of my email accounts on the phone was constantly syncing and this appears to be where the data usage is. I called AT&T tech support and they were stumped with the only real suggestion to reset the phone (ugh). I did take off the email account and reloaded, but that didn't work. I have done many soft resets, but again that didn't work. My only solution has been to turn on and off the cellular data usage (normally on Wi-Fi when at home and work and have a hot spot in my car), but this is getting a bit old. I was about to do the reset when I thought I would seek solutions from the helpful folks in here. Anyone else had a similar issue and how did you fix it, if you were able to fix it? Thanks in advance!
