Email display

When I open a formatted email with a QR code so a place like Dunkin donuts or starbucks can scan it the email is displayed slim and long in outlook email. The QR code displays tiny and cant be scanned. I cant zoom in on it either. Is there a way to get outlook to at least fill the screen with the email instead of show it as a thin strip down the center?
