Email exchange account- Slow not updating or deleting, what can I do?

Email exchange account- Slow not updating or deleting

Hi,

Upgraded to WIN10 last night.

My outlook account work fine, however my exchange account is playing silly feckers.

Situation is

New emails come in as normal
If I delete emails they reappear next time I enter
Frequently closing down when opening
Slow opening

Any suggestions

Update

Have tried deleting the accounts and reinstating.

I used to leave on manual sync, and sync when I required emails. This is the part that sucks. If I move to automatic sync it works fine.
