Email Help

Hey everybody, I'm thinking of getting a ATIV S from Rogers Wireless. I just need some help with email before I decide. I have 2 pop3 email accounts, one for business and one for personal. I get about 50 to 100 emails a day and was wondering if anyone knew if there is an option to leave a copy of the message on the server on the actual phone. I want to be able to delete the emails on the phone but still have them reach the inbox of my desktop. I have been told the Lumia 920 and HTC 8X do not offer this feature. I have a setting on my iPhone in the mail settings that I leave the message on the server. Any help would be appreciated. Cheers

That's so disappointing......was really looking to change from my iPhone. Well let's hope Microsoft implements this one day.

Actually you can. Since you will be setting up a microsoft account anyways, you can have the microsoft account get the messages from your POP server leaving a copy on the server.

Can I do that for 2 email accounts.

Yes, you can have them all come into one folder or to separate folders.

I presently use bell.net as my email provider. When I set up my email on the 920 do I do it manually.......Thanks

Actually you can. Since you will be setting up a microsoft account anyways, you can have the microsoft account get the messages from your POP server leaving a copy on the server.

Yes this is correct and been able to do this for awhile now so you should not have any issues.
