I'm facing some issues with my exchange account on my Lumia 920. The email only syncs when cellular data is turned on, irrespective of whether it's being used or not. Say I turn on my wifi and have my cellular data turned off, the email wont sync...but if I have both my wifi and cellular data turned on, the email syncs perfectly. I'm not sure what the ptoblem is here. It's the same with voicemail and meesages. I would get a notification of a new voicemail only if cellular data is turned on. Coming to messages, I won't get picture messages on wifi...it's only when cellular data is turned on that I can download picture messages. I have the Developer version of wp 8.1. Just got an update which I thought would resolve the issue but no change whatsoever. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
