Email Sync back with Lumia 930

Hello all-

i just got my Lumia 930 yesterday, and i noticed that emails is not synching back - for example, when i delete an email from gmail on lumia, it never deletes from my gmail on the browser, when i delete an email from the exchange on Lumia, it remains on my Outlook client !!

any idea why this is happening ?

Did you try manual sync? Try that to see if it is working or not. Also check the sync frequency for your email.

Mail - Settings - (your mail box name) - sync settings - download new email.

Go to the above path and set the duration as per your requirement.

Yes, tried manually by pressing the sync icon on my lumia- still the same

sync setting is "as it arrives"

Then try removing the mailbox and reconfiguring it once again
