Enable WiFi Sense on a Hotspot

Hi There,
Anyone know how to configure a hotspot to work with WiFi Sense? It says that WP8.1 will automatically fill-out the name, phone number and Email address fields of the hotspot page and accept the T&Cs but *how*? How do I mark-up my portal page so that WiFi Sense knows where to insert the correct information?
I've searched and searched but I can't find anything on this topic. Any ideas?

It tries to put the information given automatically into a hotspot with a captive portal asking for those things.

You probably can't really adjust your portal so as to make Sense work best, but I guess the best thing is keeping things clean.
