Enabling Cortana in India

I have updated my 720 with Update 1 and changed language to English (India) and region to India. When I open Cortana it says "I'm afraid I'm not available to help in your region with the language you've chosen." Any help

What is your speech language it should be set to English uk in order to make cortana work in india
