Me too, I normally charge my phone every two day. when starting the charge I have only 10 to 15% left and it takes around 4 hrs to 4 hrs and 30 mn to charge.

Perhaps those of you that are taking longer to charge have more services running in the background, draining as it charges.

Major problem with 640XL...The screen sensitivity of the 640XL sucks, and for some reason Microsoft removed the Touch feature to change the sensitivity; it does NOT exist on the 640XL. Why would they do that? Explains why its a cheap phone!

understand that you are upset. but did you really have to post this in four threads the same time?
btw. if this is a "major problem" for you then maybe something is not OK with your touchscreen and I'd suggest you contact MS for a replacement.
