On step 5, substep 9 of software update and received Port Create failed... on phone with Tech Support level 3 now...45 min total phone time...still waiting for level 3 tech...hanging up now to do other things. Try again later if I can't solve myself...

UPDATE: Tried again and received same error: Port Create failed, (last line in event log was) KW.KIM Create(0)...Download failed!-PHONE. Cell is frozen showing Samsung name and progress bar. Going to call try tech support when I get back...
