I finally caught it after countless time of screen shooting. It only comes up for half a second.

Nokia probably leaves the code in for all those things, but just codes it to check what device its on. And it is not available currently for the 520's for whatever reason. (sheer evil, hardware limitations, simply cutting costs...)

It's hidden, but it doesn't make much of a difference since we can't access it anyway.
