Equaliser for music

Is there an option for equaliser in w8.1 l520? Cause when I updated my audio settings, it said it would have dozens of equi presets and room for custom ones. But I don't see any such option anywhere on my phone.

I do have eearphones that cost me 800 INR. But it doesn't show anything in settings

The app is not updating post windows 10 ota update. It still has that windows 8.1 look
