Equalizer settings missing

After upgrading my Lumia 640 XL DS to Windows 10, I did a hard reset. Now I cannot find the audio settings which has the Equalizer in it. How do I get it back?

for example in my Lumia 640 with Windows 10, the equalizer is in extras

Windows 10 version is 1067.

are you registered in Insider?

I think you must mean version 1607. If so, that is retail and not an Insider version.

What do you have for options under Extras?
