Human bio sensor

That's just silly! Do you mean there's a little person sitting in every smartphone verifying who you are?
At least make it a Trained Monkey Bio Sensor to keep the expectations realistic!

The rest sound about right...

Although a trained human would be mich more useful. We need more of those ;-)

Anyway, I still feel people are holding back. For the most part these suggestions are all just iterative improvements on what we already have... i.e. just bigger numbers. Where is the real innovation in that?

My biggest wish would be for a post retina display, which uses an implant to interface directly with your visual cortex, allowing for variable size displays between a few inches and a few miles in diameter (3D of course) with infinite PPI, contrast and brightness, not to mention that it allows for the rendition of an actual human sized "holographic" cortana.

McLaren hand/finger sensing tech would be perfect for this, as you wouldn't have any real touch UI, but an implant in your spinal cord could provide the sensation of tactile feedback where necessary.
