Equivalent to Android's "Photo" app (creations & assistant)?

Today, I gave my old Oneplus one to my mom and realized an app called Photo assistant automatically made some collages and videos with the pictures from my gallery. These videos were well made and categorized my photos from each trip.

I think this was the coolest thing ever; Is there a windows phone equivalent?
