Error 0x800706d9

For a few weeks, I haven't been able to update any apps and windows mobile build due to error 0x800706d9. Is there anyone who know how to resolve this? Should I do hard reset to resolve it? I have tried soft reset multiple times with no luck. Please help. I'm on Windows mobile build 10586.318
