Error 80070490 when Downloading Windows 10 Upgrade

Basically... The image below... Every time I try to upgrade from the Action Center. It's having trouble installing an update for my HP printer/scanner but my tablet was having the same issue and it was able to upgrade to Win10 just fine. I Bing'd and Googled the error code and the results just got too technical for me. This is on a 2011 Toshiba Satellite A665-S5170 laptop. The Windows 10 upgrade reserve thing says my PC is ready and compatible for Windows 10. I'm lost here. Please help.
