Error 801881d0 and 8007003 when download W10 lumia 640

Hi guys got a really strange one for you.

My phone is now ready for windows 10 update wohoo.

sadly when i do the update it gets to 5% and then get the 801881d0 error. So i've done a few things. Soft reset, turned the off and on again, removed the SD card. but once i remove the SD card and then try the update i then get a different error message "8007003" this is really starting to annoy me now. Why is nothing ever straight forward?

I've tried a few different Wi-fi's now (work & Friends)

I've now tried to do the update on 3 different wi-fi locations but still getting the error message can some one please help? this is driving me crazy!
