Error 80188306 fixed or not?

Lumians 630/930 are facing different and rare error. Please tell us are you guys able to install wp8.1 update 1 after 80188306?

Very strange! You are getting 80188306 on Lumia 625? Aah, this error is only made for Lumia 630/930.

Not fixed lumia 630. Error 80188306 when download completes, during installation preparation.

So I got a message on my phone today saying I have an update available. Bare in mind I was one of the unlucky bunch that was on PD with the 80188308 error for like two or three months. But that's all fixed now and all is well ...but it's not.

Got an update message today so I downloaded it and to my dismay I get another error. Cannot open or something like that, error 80188306. I thought they fixed that errors long time ago? Sadness.

For those that want to know Rogers Lumia 920 PD with 8.1

I'm in the same boat.. I'm thinking about just using the software recovery tool at this point.

I dont think recovery is going to solve this problem. I think this update is Cyan but who knows why we can't open it.

Very strange, I've had no problem on my 630 or 930.
But both are CV versions which maybe relevant.
