Error Code 80048264

I've re-entered the Account Name and Password and the error code 80048264 has gone away but now I am getting another error message "The Microsoft Account service is not available at the moment. Try again later." Any suggestions

Every time I try to download I get error code 80028264

I got this error when I was trying to download app and I can't remember the username and password used when I was register for the first time then

For username see SETTINGS > emails+accounts > the name under Microsoft account is your username.

I hope that you misused the word "complain" because we do no handle complains.
If you mean you have a problem than we can try to help you.

Go to settings > email+accounts> tap on your Microsoft account > you are prompted for your password.
Type your password.

I have already tried that and it says, Network Problem we couldn't complete that operation, please try again later.

Worked it out - you can't download updates or new apps without signing in to your 'Nokia account'
