Same issue in Germany, no connection to marketplace.

Just to throw my hat into the ring aswell, same problem here in Australia on 4 different phones on 3 different carriers. I guess it's a world-wide outage...

Same in Sweden on a Lumia 620, Saturday night was OK, not Sunday morning...

Lumia 920 here in America. Same issue. I wanted to read a book and needed the kindle app haha.

I just downloaded some pending apps from wifi on 1 phone with no problems... When I tried downloading something else it went off with the error code, here in India...

Yesterday everything was fine... but after morning hard reset a have the same issue, WIndows Phone 8s, Poland.

I am Using Nokia Lumia 820 in INDIA.. Downloaded an app today morning but since Afternoon not been able to download....Called customer care they said that issue would be resolved within 24 hours....hoping that it would be fixed soon

Just noticed that changes to outlook.com People are replicated to Windows 8 People but not to WP8 Contacts ... changes to WP8 contacts do not appear on outlook.com People.
