Error Code 86000108 is driving me nuts

I have an Icon and have been getting the 86000108 error code trying to sync my outlook account for the past few weeks. No matter what I do it will not go away. I thought the denim update may fix it, but no. I have tried multiple hard resets with not restoring from backups (before and after denim update), deleting the people accounts with LinkedIn, twitter, facebook on both phone and outlook pc accounts. I have tried changing the server from blu406-m.hotmail.com to both m.hotmail.com and hub.hotmail.com based on some other posts, but that hasn't worked either. I love my windows phone, but this is absolutely driving me crazy. I have found posts relating to the problem on Windows 7 phone, but not Windows 8. Hopefully someone can help.

Hey big D have you googled it on MS website? I am sure they will have some info on it.

It happened to me before. It fixed itself after I deleted my account from the phone, then reset my password through the PC, and then added my account back on the phone. Maybe that will help.

Thanks will try that specifically. I have looked on the ms website. Everything i have found over there with this error relates to windows 7 phone.
