Has anyone encountered this trying to upload latest build on fast ring? I am on a 950. Thanks.

Yes, upgrade to latest insider build.

No one? Would the best thing to do is wait for next update?

Well, in case this happens to anyone one else, I changed back to slow ring on insider. The next day it downloaded the update no issue. Problem over.
