error code

Hi
I have had Win 10 for a few weeks now.
The Mail and calander app have never worked.
I get the error code 0x80070005.
I am the administrator of my desktop.
I have asked this question elswhere and got no where.
Hope some one can help.
PS I can get my emails via my browser.

I assume you've run the Store troubleshooter? That error can be caused by quite a few issues, typically when someone has played with permissions but not always.

Creating a new User account, moving your documents, deleting the old account on that PC and recreating it is almost guaranteed to fix it, but start with the Store troubleshooter which can be found in the Control Panel. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app may help too.

This probably sounds stupid but where is the Store Troubleshooter.
I have looked in the control panel and found TS Computer problems.
I have used this in the past and no problems found as was the case today.
I will not carry on with your other ideas until I try with Store TS!
 
From there, click on "View All" (in the left column). Then scroll down to "Windows Store Apps"
 
wow feeling really stupid.
I am in the control panel. I do not seem to have a "View All" in the left or any other column.
I have had a look in the windows app store but cannot find Trouble shooter.
I am far from a computer expert but I do know quite a bit!!
