Error in WP 8 running

I have windows 8 64X and do all things to install windows phone in my laptop
but when I run any program in VS2012 there is an error message with 0x80131500
I tried to search and solve it but without any idea
what is the problem and what its solution?

If you are on 8.1 you have to update visual studio to the latest version in order to run the emulator.

after installing WP .. in network connection there is no adapter for VM !!

Does your computer support running Hyper-V (see How to enable Hyper-V for the Windows Phone Emulator for details on requirements). My laptop did not support running the required Hyper-V functions and I was not able to run the WP8 emulator, which is based on Hyper-V. Not sure what error I got.

my laptop is probook have all requirement for installing WP .. I am sure that I do all thing correctly
