The computer is a Lenovo Thinkpad T510 running Windows 10 Pro after being upgraded from Windows 7 Ultimate. The error occurs when I try to save settings in Backup and Restore (Windows 7). I chose to save the backup on a desktop hard drive which is part of my home network.
