Error on update to latest firmware..anyone else?

I have tried to update my Lumia 900 to the latest firmware but whenever I try to update I get an error in the Zune update screen reading:

"Can't check for updates right now,please try again later.
cant access the file it might be in use,you might not be able to access the computer
where the file is stored or your proxy settings might be incorrect.
80070005"

I tried the "web help" option but it solves nothing and doesn't even show the same code.

Anyone have any way to help?

I've googled it but nothing I've found has worked.

well....disregard my original post. I have fixed the problem.

I uninstalled the Zune software and re-installed it and that fixed the issue.
