error SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (ks.sys)

I upgraded my HP630 from windows 7 to windows 10 as prompted. The computer now starts up for a few minutes and before i can do anything it shows a blues screen saying "Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart, We're just collecting some error information, and then we'll restart for you. If you'd like to know more, you can search online later for this error SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (ks.sys)" Please assist urgently with this as it is my work computer with all my wpork on and i cannot even get in to tranfer onto and external device. I need it sorted now. WHY DOES THIS HAPPEN IF I WAS PROMPTED TO DO IT..!!!
