Error: Video could not be decoded

Whenever I play a video from YouTube on IE and I pause it for a second and try to play again ,it says "ERROR, VIDEO COULD NOT BE DECODED"
every time..!!!!
This s super pissing off
Anyone else have this problem? And any solutions?
