Error when launching windows store 0x8000000C

Just setting up my new SP4 and while I was able to load Windows Store in the initial boot, I've customized a bunch of settings and now it will no longer load even if I am definitely connected on wifi (e.g., Edge browser works). It gives me error 0x8000000C and says to check my connection. If anyone has a suggestion for a fix, I'd greatly appreciate it.
