If you are running an Icon on Verizon, probably sometime in June/July when it will probably pump out WP8.1 to everybody who didn't get the Developer Preview. Verizon can be a little slow getting updates out, it likes to make sure and OS updates work on its network without any issues.

Of course if it is included when Nokia sends out Cyan, or if Microsoft sends it out in an RTM, then it may be a little quicker.

If you are running an Icon on T-Mobile or AT&T, then I don't know it would work since the Icon was specific to Verizon.

In any case, by mid-summer you should have it.
