European release?

Anybody knows when 1520 arrives to European market? Can't find news about this.

I don't think a set date has been given yet. Q4 2013 is all that's been said I believe. A popular UK site which sells phones now has a release date of 25th November. So hopefully not too long now.

There is no "European market". Europe is just a Continent with many countries like France, Swiss and Germany. So there is nothing like a "European release". The Lumia 2520 for example will just release in England.

This lack of information is really leading me towards NOT getting another Windows Phone. I don't understand why these companies think that never saying anything about release dates (OR first releasing products in markets that have not historically been receptive to them - like the US) is good for business. It really just pisses off customers.

It's always same thing on every gadget. Waiting is killing you. Then when you get the device you are like kid with shiny new bicycle, but after one week of use you start seeking something new and exciting. Damn these things lost their appeal so fast.

I would be just fine with my 920, but i need that 1520. Why can't i be just happy with my "old" phone :unhappy:

It's not so much the waiting as it is the waiting with NO information. If I knew what date to look forward to, that'd be one thing. But they just leave us hanging with nothing. I need a new phone very soon and because of the lack of information, they very well may end up losing my business.

I do agree with you LP Slade. I don't like hearing 'Coming Soon' or 'Q4 2013'. It's always better to have a release date in my opinion. However, it's not just Nokia that do this, some others do as well.

It looks like three variants: Nokia Lumia 1520 - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
