Even with Windows 10, IDC predicts declines for PC shipments in 2015 and 2016

Windows 10 is getting great overall reviews and Microsoft says that the operating system is now installed on over 75 million devices four weeks after it launched on July 29. However, the research firm IDC predicts that Windows 10's release won't be enough to stop overall declines in PC shipments in both 2015 and 2016.
