*Every* background process hangs after charging

Anyone is facing this issue?
When I disconnect my phone from charging, every background process suddenly hangs.
I mean not only 3rd party background process and its live tile... even OS ones (i.e.: main account stop checking mail even if it is set to check every 15 mins)! I need a soft reset after every recharge...
Any suggestion (I would like to avoid an hard reset)?

You might want to avoid a hard reset but I can tell you that it's probably your only solution and even then there's no guarantee things will be perfect.

I don't find anything funny. I have too much work data and settings to manually restore for an hard reset.
I can do a soft reset my L920 every day, waiting for Cyan.
If problem will still be there, I go for another OS.

Just in case anyone is interested in.

Disconnecting recharge while rebooting solves the issue.
