Still the pop up blocked doesn't do sh*t

To be honest, I'm not 100% surprised. A colleague of mine recently put Windows 8.1 and IE11 on his machine, and I was actually impressed. (This coming from someone who uses Chrome almost exclusively). I've been finding Chrome to be getting worse lately. It's the little things that get me - the speed of opening new tabs is getting slower, the number of clicks to get to previously opened tabs has increased...

Maybe it's just the website difference us two visit, but I cant even recall when I last got a pop-up I didn't want using IE10/11.
