I don't think you'll see a significant difference in normal use other than maybe the max file size.

Not that I'm aware of. It just has to be not-bizarre-from-Window's perspective. (e.g. not EXT4)

whats is the 'Allocation unit size" that you had used while formatting the card?

The best file system by far is exfat, ntfs has a few disadvantages for sd cards like the journaling feature which can break down performance especially on many file operations and of course the needed write cycles are much lower on exfat.

i disagree with xandros to say you would not "feel" it

Windows 10 Mobile uses the same allocation size as the "big" windows versions

Using a bigger allocation size can improve write perfomance for bigger files but decrease on small files...so normally the standard allocation size fits for the most
