excel issue

I want to update my 2007 excel to 2013 but i have too many formulas, information.So, will i lose this formulas and info?And if i do how can i keep all what i already have?Please take into consideration that English is my second language and please write it simple.Thank you!

Updating the Excel should not change the formulas or the data in your excel sheets, or any other document. If you are concerned, you can install MS Office 2013 (or better Office 2016), as fresh, without uninstalling 2013, and see if your old documents work fine on newer version. If they do, you can then uninstall 2013 version.
