Exchange e-mail

Hi there from sunny England, new member and just getting some touch pro2 PDAs for my company.

I`ve just noticed after setting up exchange e-mail on both that they only have mail going back to 3rd of July which seems a little strange, where`s the rest?

Our exchange is hosted on line and the touch pro2s connect using 3G, they are receiving and sending mail fine but why the cut off date for historical mail, any ideas?
