Exchange Email Problem

After my job change I had reset my Lumia 950XL and after that I am failing to connect with of official outlook emails. I easily could set yahoo and Gmail accounts but exchange account is not working. I tried in two ways - through exchange icon and through POP icon. Exchange was not setting then from POP it got set but not updating emails. The refresh button pressing results nothing. Can you help me out?
