Experiences ordering from Mozo directly outside of EU?

I have been watching the Mozo accessories store since it became public news that they make accessories "designed for Lumia". I am interested in the back covers, and as far as I tried to search for, no one else is selling them for the 640. If I want one, I'll have no choice but to order from them. For anyone outside of the EU, what was your experience like ordering from them?

I just bought one for my 640. The order process on the webpage was poor and filled with odd issues. Such as when I was choosing the shipping method it would do a "refresh" and my selection would disappear. However, once ordered the process was as expected. Took about 1.5 weeks to get to my home. Once I got the product it look WONDERFUL!

I am however running into an issue with plastic breaking but their customer service is taking care of it and sending a new one.
