I used this phone as a Wifi media player for a while until I passed it on to a fellow WC member. It's extra fun if you can find a green back for it. If I didn't have so many phones, I would try this again....or should I try it again? Kind of tempted, because so cheap. :grin:

Not sure why it shows as a Tmobile unlocked phone, as it's just an unlocked handset - it could thus be used with any GSM carrier in the US or overseas. There's a separate listing for Walmart selling a Tmobile version but it's almost $40 and locked, so unsure who'd be that one.

This is a fair point. It makes me wonder which version. Great point. It's weird because on the page when you scroll down it says T-Mobile.

Yeah, i'm not sure. There isn't anything on the phones. But on the specifications it says "Cell Phone Service Provider: T-Mobile." I guess someone will have to buy one and let us know!

Also, note: Shipping isn't free, but in store pick up is.

Nah, I decided against it. I'm done buying phones without band 12 for data support. Decided to get a 550 again.
