Exposure problem with videos recorded at low light

I'm facing this issue with wm10 in my Lumia 930, no matter which app I use. Videos are dark. Increasing ev values does nothing.

Wm 8.1 denim does not have this issue.

Anybody noticed that already?

I have figured it out. The difference is the frame rate. I used to have 24fps with 8.1. Win 10 switches to 30 automatically, so it got darker. More frames per second means less light per frame.

After switching it back to 24, everything got back to normal.
