Bumping the old thread. The idea of syncing external studio lights or a flash with Lumia 1020 is really exciting, I immediately grabbed my Nikon SB-600 external flash, put it into slave mode and tried to trigger it with the internal Nokia flash, but it didn't work. Does anyone know what channel and group should I set on the flash to get it working with the internal Lumia flash? I read the article, but there's no specific info about it, just the exposure setup, which I can figure out myself. Thanks inn advance for your help pals
