Hi I am able to see only like icon apart from other emotions iam using Lumia 650

Are you referring to the other emotions, i.e. sad, angry, etc? You have to hold the like button then they pop up. Plus make sure you're using the official Facebook inc app not Microsoft's.

Hi, the system requirements appear to have changed for the Facebook App (developed by Facebook).
The system requirements now show '2GB' memory is required, so the Lumia 650 (with 1GB) is not compatible.
