Did anybody know that how to upload a Facebook cover pic on WP?

Windows phone 8 internet explorer 10 mobile does not support file downloading / uploading. Where as in windows phone 8.1 , ie 11 mobile supports both of them. Sadly I downgraded both my devices to windows phone 8.0 due to GPS issues.

What GPS issues?? I think me too have them. My phone doesn't show the correct location. It just wanders around my actual location and settles on a wrong place. It's it the same issue you are having?

Yes yes. This is annoying. But luckily 8.0 does not have this issue.
