Facebook Messenger Update

Hi. I was just wondering if Facebook plans on releasing an update for Messenger on WP that allows people to chance the nickname of people, chat colors, chat emoji etc. Because this feature is already on iOS and Android.

There is an Windows 10 Facebook app in the works (currently in closed beta) so it stands to reason there will be an update to the messenger app, which I agree is in dire need of an update.
