FB (by MS) has People integration, however, feature is limited and sometime slow to refresh. (Horrible on my 920, a bit faster on my 950XL)
FB Beta (by FB) does not have People integration (yet?), faster in every aspects from uploading pix/vid to refresh news feed.
Btw, I have both on my phone

FB beta just had an update this morning. I've not seen FB (MS ) update for the past 2 week, I believe. That is not to say that MS has stopped supporting their FB app. But what harm is there owning both app on your phone?

Can Fb beta app get update with bug fixes like Blur image and other ???

Beta apps get updates sooner, but are at risk of having more issues. Updates in the Beta apps eventually make it to the safer non-Beta.

It's unlisted, you'll have to find a link online through the internet.
You can't find it in the Store with a basic search.

I find it but its say "Facebook(Beta) is currently not available. Do I need to change region or something like that?

You might need to switch to the Germany region temporarily.
