Fade to Black

Hi folks! I lost my old account, so...

I've a problem with my beautiful phone, and I dont know how to fix this. The problem is when I call someone or someone call me the screen turn to black and dont let me see anything, the phone automatically locks and I must press the lock button to find out if it is dialing or attempt to derive calls.

Any ideas?

Sounds like a proximity sensor issue. Do you have a screen protector on it? Did you just install it? It may be blocking the sensor.
